Long distance relationship help. ?


I am currently in a long distance, online relationship with my girlfriend. Things have not been the best since mistakes were made but we talked those out and moved on. I love her dearly and for awhile she did too but recently she has felt quite distant. She doesn't text me as much, our talks are shorter(they weren't incredibly long since I have never been a huge talker myself), and it seems like she is spending more time with another guy that we both know and are both friends with. Most recently I told her to sleep well and that I loved her before she went to bed and all I got was a bland,"You too."
I want to know if she is still interested in me and continuing this relationship with me or if she has lost interest. I want some idea since I know all this worrying isn't healthy and I really hope that I am just jumping to conclusions. I do tend to worry a decent amount because of past experiences and fear of being dealt the same situation again. Any input from people who have been in this situation or anyone in general who knows what I am talking about please respond. Thank you and have a good day.

Simona 		Hey Anonymous, sounds like a familiar problem your experiencing there! A couple of questions I'd like to know - how long have you been in the relationship for? And has it always been long distance? While I've not had many long distance relationships myself, I do know that when people become familiar with each other, the attention sometimes lessens and this can be perceived as a bad thing. It could be that your girlfriend has simply gotten used to the distance between you and accepts it for what it is and it might be you that's having difficulty in accepting this? Have you had long distance relationships before? If so, did you come across the same problems? re: the friend, you could always ask him for advice and see what he says, after all what are friends for? of course, you could simply bring the issue up with your girlfriend (in a positive way of course and not in an accusative way) that way, you'll know exactly what her feelings are and if you indeed need to make some changes to the situation. My advice would be to approach her and talk about it before your paranoia gets the better of you! Good luck!!X
