Please Help. I don't want to hurt anyone. ?


So several months ago, I told one of my good friends that I like her and she said we should hang out over the summer and see what happens. We have hung out, but I couldn't tell how she felt, so I asked her in a facebook message where I stood with her. She said she really liked me, but didn't see how anything could work right now between us because I go to college far away. Totally valid. Since then, I have found that there's another girl who I really like. The problem is, this girl is one of the first girl's best friends. I think this other girl likes me and I personally think she would be a better girlfriend for me than the first girl. I understand that women are not objects and they have feelings and I really don't want to hurt either one of them. I'm not even sure the first girl would want to be in a relationship with me if I went to school closer. What should I do?

bosworthhyphen 		If you really don't want to hurt anyone, forget them both. I know this is easier said than done but if you are putting their feelings above yours, then you would be best off moving on to something else entirely. The first girl doesn't want something long-distance, which means she's probably trying to move on to something else as well. If you dated the second girl, not only would you hurt the first girl, but you would probably also cause big problems in their friendship. I think you're best off looking elsewhere. I'm sorry :(
